Take your vitamins!
If you need to. I do.
My first northeast cloudy winter/ lack of having a yard gave me a vitamin D deficiency. The same blood test showed I also have a vitamin b12 deficiency. Woohoo! So I started taking those two supplements. I used to take a women’s multivitamin, but I was getting too much of a couple vits/mins in there and I didn’t like the way it made me feel. I now save those multivitamins for two days a month when I’m certain I’m PMSing. Not a doctor, not sure it does anything, but it makes me feel better about giving into cravings and being so ill and feeling like poop. ya feel me?
This isn’t sponsored, this is really just a 30 day trial that I wanted to share just in case it works!
Today is day one. I have the sticker (that comes with the shipment and says “take your vitamins!”) on my mirror reminding me to take my vitamins every day and I’m really excited to see if I notice a difference.
I decided to try these because 1)the discount made them way cheaper than both supplements I was taking. 2)you can get a subscription if you want, so they’re delivered each month to your door. 3)the transparency
They make it clear what they put in the product and why they put it there. Just check out the website for yourself! I like knowing what I’m putting into my body. I mean, duh. So, I was really impressed with the thought that went behind these vitamins.
These are made for women, so sorry dudes, I don’t know that I can help you with this post. I read reviews and while I know websites would be stupid to put the negative reviews into their marketing, a lot of women said they noticed a difference in their energy levels and more.
I have low energy levels
pretty often always and I can only drink so much caffeine before I start to feel yucky, so getting energy from my daily vitamin sounds like a good idea.
I’m gonna be tracking my daily energy, skin appearance, and mood. I’ll let ya know in 30 days! In the meantime, tell me what supplements you take, if any, and why. I’m always wanting to learn more!
