This won’t take very long to read or make. Mostly hands off, healthy, filling, good, done.
chicken wings mint salad
- chicken wings
- texas pete
- mixed greens/arugula
- fresh mint leaves
- olive oil
- salt + pepper
You don’t even have to measure this. Put chicken wings into/onto a pan, coat em with butter and texas pete (the only hot sauce, ok) and bake at 350 degrees F until crispy.
Mix salad greens with mint. Salt and pepper the dude, squeeze some lemon juice, add olive oil to your liking.
Throw the cooked chicken on top, butter and all. Delicious. Have a blast.
