sage pork tenderloin

Remember how I said I lost all my recipes/recipe photos when my phone crashed? This is one of them, so I’ll keep it short and hope all goes well. I have a picture of the final product, but not the process.

So I made some stuff with sage and had a bunch of fresh sage leftover. Not wanting it to go bad, I threw olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, sage, and an apple in a blender and made a marinade with it. I didn’t actually eat any of it, but husband said it was good and ate the entire pork tenderloin himself.

There we go.
